Refund Policy
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at cedanaturals@gmail.com and we will do our very best to resolve any issue. Ceda Naturals Pty Ltd does not issue refunds if you change your mind, so please choose carefully. If you have a claim relating to your product (e.g., it was damaged in transport or you received the wrong item), we advise you to email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. After confirming your claim and receiving the returned product, we will either re-supply the item(s) or credit the relevant invoice.
It’s important to note that you are responsible for reviewing the goods received before opening them. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened and in their original condition.
